Welcome to Pawharmony. By using our website, booking our services, or working with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — they’re designed to protect both you and your beloved pets, and to ensure our partnership is based on trust, care, and clarity.

1. About Us

Pawharmony provides holistic pet care, dog walking, dog sitting, canine massage, and wellbeing services.

2. Services
We offer dog walking, sitting, massage, holistic therapies, and home visits. Services are carried out with compassion, safety, and professionalism. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if we feel a pet’s needs are beyond our scope of care or may present safety risks.

3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email, text, or our booking system). Payments are due in advance/or on the day of service. Accepted payment methods:  bank transfer, PayPal, cash. Late payments may incur a small fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this period may be charged in full. If we must cancel (due to illness or emergencies), we will either reschedule or refund you promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities
All pets must be up to date with vaccinations, flea/worm treatments, and microchipping (where required by law). You must inform us of any behavioural issues, medical conditions, or special needs. You agree to provide safe, well-fitting collars, harnesses, and leads. You remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by your pet.

6. Our Responsibilities
We are fully insured and DBS checked. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are our top priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you are unavailable, we may seek veterinary care on your behalf. You will be responsible for vet costs.

7. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing injuries, illnesses, or conditions. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your pet to property, other animals, or people. We are not responsible for events beyond our control (such as extreme weather, traffic delays, or natural events).

8. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is handled according to GDPR regulations. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and sent to you if you are an active client.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
